The Welcome Centres in Durham and York are here to help you through this difficult time.

The Centres are temporarily closed, however, staff are still available to support you by providing the following services by phone, email or video (where available):

*The Mobile Unit is also offering Settlement and AQIS virtual appointments in Upper York Region and Simcoe County.
